- If you’re logging in using Yup on Web, make sure you’re logging in to https://student.yup.com/

- If you’re logging in using the Yup app on your mobile device, try uninstalling and re-installing the application and see if the issue still exists
- If you have a Yup plan associated with your school, you should sign in with your school email address and not your phone number.
If you have a Yup Family plan, you should sign in with your phone number that was entered during sign-up. You should not be signing in with your email address.
