- Please ensure that you have a stable and fast internet connection when using Yup.
- If you’re logging in using Yup on Web, make sure you’re logging in to https://student.yup.com/

- If you’re logging in using the Yup app on your mobile device, try uninstalling and re-installing the application and see if the issue still exists
- If you have a Yup plan associated with your school, you should sign in with your school email address and not your phone number.
If you have a Yup Family plan, you should sign in with your phone number that was entered during sign-up. You should not be signing in with your email address.
If you are still having issues, please send a screenshot or a screen recording to support@yup.com with as much detail as possible, and we’ll investigate it as soon as we can.
You may also report an issue from the webapp (Yup on Web) by clicking the Report an issue button and inserting a screenshot of the problem.
