Usually the codes will come within 10 seconds but depending on your cell service, it can sometimes take a couple of minutes. If you still haven’t received the code after five minutes, please try the following:
- Ensure that your phone number is entered correctly.
- Make sure your phone can receive text messages currently.
- Ensure that your phone is not blocking texts from unknown numbers.
If you are still having trouble, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the phone number that you are trying to log in with so that we can investigate further.
Note: Though it won’t affect whether or not you get a verification code, make sure that you are signing into Yup with the correct log in. Some plans are associated with a phone number, while if you receive access to Yup through your school, you will log into Yup with an email address.
