If you are a teacher and a student is reporting issues logging in, first you’ll want to check if they are currently on your student roster. If the student is on the roster, double check that the email is correct. If the email is not correct, you’ll want to update the student's email. If the student is not on the roster, you will need to ask the student to sign up on your school’s sign up page.
