Please note this article only applies to students who bought individual plans and are not receiving Yup through their school.
There are two ways to update your payment information with Yup. Please note that once updated, this will be the payment method on all future payments.
If you are on the Yup App:
- Log into the Yup App with the phone number tied to your account
- Swipe right to the Profile Screen
- Click the “Settings” gear icon (top left hand corner)
- Go to the “Account" screen
- Click “Payment"
- Click “Update Payment Method”
- Enter new form of payment
- Click “Update Details”
If using your desktop computer:
- Log into your Family Portal
- Click your students name (left column)
- Click Student Account
- Under “Plan and Billing Details”, click the “Edit” button next to “Payment Method”
- Update payment method
- Click “Update Details”
