Please note this article only applies to students who bought individual plans and are not receiving Yup through their school.
If you recently got a new phone number, put in the incorrect phone number, or just want to change the phone number associated with your account, follow these steps:
- Log into the Family Portal
- Click on your student’s name (left column)
- Click on the “Student Account”
- Click “Edit” next to “Student Account Details”
- Update student’s phone number
- Click “Update Details”
Please note that only one phone number can be associated with each account at this time.
