Please note this article only applies to students who bought individual plans and are not receiving Yup through their school.
On Yup's Family Portal, you’ll be able to manage your account, see your student’s progress with Yup, and access helpful resources to ensure long-term success.
Here’s how to create an account:
- Go to the Family Portal
- At the bottom of the page where it says “First Time Here?” click “Create Account”
- Enter the email that you used to sign up for your student’s plan
- Enter your email again to confirm
- Click "Continue"
After you’ve created your account and want to log in:
- Go to the Family Portal
- Enter the email address you used to sign up for your student’s plan
- Enter the password you created when creating an account
- Click “Sign In”
