Having the correct name is important since this is the name that Yup will use to refer to you in our communications.
If you accidentally input the wrong name or would like to change a name:
- Log into the Family Portal
- Click “My Account” (left column)
- Click “Edit” next to “Account Details”
- Update your name
- Click “Update Details”
