Please note this article only applies to students who bought individual plans and are not receiving Yup through their school.
Having the correct name is important since the tutor will use it to refer to you directly during your sessions.
If you accidentally input the wrong name or would like to change a name:
- Log into the Family Portal
- Click on your "Student's Name" (left column)
- Click "Student Account"
- Click “Edit” next to “Student Account Details”
- Update your student’s name
- Click “Update Details”
