If you put in the wrong email address, please go back to your school’s sign up page and re-enter the correct email address. After re-completing the form, send an email to support@yup.com stating that you’ve submitted a new sign-up form with the correct email address and we will make sure it is updated on our end.
If you did not sign up for Yup via a school form, please reach out to your Yup representative or support@yup.com so that we can get that updated for you as soon as possible.
